School meals

Pupils have a wide choice of food available at mid-day, including Halal and vegetarian options. Our salad bars are very popular, with children helping themselves to bread and a selection of vegetables and salad mixes.

Bringing a packed lunch

Pupils are welcome to bring a packed lunch from home. We encourage healthy choices, such as fresh fruit, vegetables, and wholegrain foods, to support their learning and wellbeing throughout the day.

Being aware of allergies

If your child has any dietary requirements or allergies, please inform the school so we can make suitable arrangements. Please be aware of allergies of other pupils and follow and guidance you get from school about what food can be brought in from home.

Nut-free school

Our school is a nut-free environment. This means that no nuts or nut products are to be brought onto the school grounds by students, staff, or visitors. This includes all types of nuts (such as peanuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pistachios, and walnuts) and any foods that contain nuts or traces of nuts (for example, peanut butter, Nutella, some granola bars, and certain baked goods).
